RIAA Goes After Personal Use
Posted by jen January 2nd, 2008 in Jeneral.Now they are suing someone who ripped CDs he bought to his computer. Not eve seeing anything about him giving aay copies, or anything.. just importing them into mp3 format.
I have to wonder how far this battle would have gone under a non-facist president in a country ready to criminalize everyone but those responsible for anything…

Wouldn’t that mean that itunes could be sued for allowing us to import cd’s? In fact, its required… I thought I owned that music when I buy it on a cd… geesh. This is getting ridiculous.
