Sci Fi Channel and sponsor Microsoft are bringing preview screenings of the new two-hour extended episode Battlestar Galactica: Razor to select movie theaters on Monday, Nov. 12, in an event managed by National CineMedia. Screenings will take place in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Dallas and Seattle. Scifi Channel said about the event, "Fuck the rest of the country, only the biggest cities get handjobs from us!"
Okay they didn't say that lat sentence outright, but they think it. Obviously. Feh.

You know, not to toot my hometown’s horn, but Philly always gets these things, even though it’s an easy drive or train ride to NYC. Pittsburgh would be a reasonable drive for such an event for Buffalo, Cleveland, Columbus, most of WV and western MD. They also screw the entire south and the southwest, where’s the screening in Atlanta or Memphis, Phoenix or Las Vegas? I don’t get it.
I don’t know why Dallas gets it and Houston doesn’t… not that I live in Houston anymore. I miss living closer to one of the BIG cities… Portland doesn’t rank very often.
Can’t wait for BSG, though!!!
