Been busy, too buy to write, so to sum up the awesomeness… in no particular order.

I've made some serious money this week on 8 pincushions. Last week I had a bulk order for $120 for eyeball ones. Money is almost flying in my paypal account via Etsy. Awesome.

Did a logo and website for a pals band, they paid me ontime and with some extra for the logo I threw in for free. Awesome.

Got a retro logo project to do this weekend, already been paid for it. Awesome.

Went to the Kitchenaid factory store up in Greenville for a huge sidewalk sale with both moms and scored a bunch of accessories for more than half off. As I type this I am eating I cream I made with my mixer and the new ice cream maker for my mixer. How's the ice cream? Awesome.

I was the passenger when we left and was nagged into driving home while being pestered my Mr Man - and we got pulled over. Got out of a 15MPH over speeding ticket with a warning. Cop told him to stop bugging me. Awesome. (He didn't)

I've been asked to be on the Smithsonian's Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum's Nomination Committee for the National Design Awards 2008. Not joking, they found me online and ASKED ME. The committee is from all 50 states I guess i'm part of the Ohio contingent. Awesome.

Got a work-from-home web job for a chain of medical portal sites. I think it's a great match for my talents and the crew seems great. Part time for a little bit, then it will hopefully go full time. Awesome.

Some other folks have been inquiring about interviews as well and now I have to let them down gently. First time in a long time this many people have been interested in me. When it rains, it pours. Awesome.

Saw The Simpson's Movie. Awesome. 

The cover of the Pincushions book I'm in has changed, and my stuff is now on it! Awesome.
