Giant Homer Simpson Freaks Out Countryside

Supposedly it's not a production company sanctioned thing, but they aren't denying it either. I think it's frelling brilliant. It's biodegradable landscaping paint, so it'll wash away. Here's a video of it being painted.

And back up the whiny train pagans, it's NOT ancient. There is a lot of evidence it dates merely to late 16th century and might have been a political cartoon of sorts poking fun at Oliver Cromwell.
