He is stiff enough to work well with Dave Foley. I got suckered into watching all the reruns of the games starting a few months ago. Now (except for Jennifer Tilly) as much as I like Dave Foley, he's not enough to counter Hellmuth. Please somebody get Phil Gordon back (along with the Loser's Lounge where the loser's can be made proper fun of) Phil Gordon is the best at play-by-play and it was more than obvious that he truly loves the game and enjoys sharing the knowledge, which he is great at. And I'm as surprised as the next guy, but I'm oddly drawn to watching this show. I don't really know why. Maybe it's reasons like Jen Tilly's dress/negligee. I do find the 100% Katrina charities to be annoying. To rebuild NO is a huge mistake. Unless part of that is to build a dike big enough so that that doesn't happen again. Why the heck would they think that he would make a good commentator? All in all I've never been a big fan of this show?
