It really is disturbing and disgusting on levels that were previously only theoretical. I'm reminded of a quote from Frank Zappa (here paraphrasing - the book from which I take this is at the office): "I have a curse for those who believe that Americanism equals Christianity equals the Republican party equals good fiscal policy equals ten minutes from Armageddon - which is OK because we're all going to Heaven and YOU'RE NOT! "This is my humble curse: "May your shit come to life, and kiss you."
