It’s clearly against the law when it originally happened (22 year old doing a 13 year old) , but they have since married, and have a kid, and they are charging for sleeping with his wife after they were married? And he will have to be a registered sex offender for it too?
This just seems overkill.

’specially since you KNOW that if at the critical time she had thought, “no, I’m going to dump this loser, get an abortion, and stay in school” that they’d be all, “NUH-UNH!! You need a judge’s permission and you’ll STILL rot in hell because BABIES ARE PRESENTS FROM JEAAEHZUS.”

I hear you, but let me put this spin on it…
The husband is sexually attracted to thirteen year olds. There are men who find young, pre-pubescent bodies desireable. Him being married and being a father doesn’t mean he won’t want to have his way with another youngin’. Clearly, he lacks judgement, because he couldn’t resist his (now) wife. And his own family describes him as immature… So, say this couple moves into your neighborhood and there are young girls there…are they safe?
