   omg that is frickin’ awesome. wish i could come up with something creative and cool like that for this year…

   You can make one in time for this weekend’s festivities. All you need to be able to do is find a few cardboard boxes to make a circle big enough to fit you. The hardest part was painting. Don’t use spray paint unless you buy some primer to use with it. Two layers of exterior latex worked great for me.

   In total, I think it took 4 hours to cut, tape, and paint it minus the time it took the extra coats of paint to dry.

   I even mounted two cheap-o speakers into the mouth and rigged a portable CD to play Pac-Man arcade sounds.

   The only bad thing is if it rains like it did last year and it spent most of the time in the back of the van during the party we went to.
