Blog Change Bot will notify you when the blog you want to follow has an update.

All you have to do is:
1: Message “blogchangebot” on the AIM chat client of your choice.

2: As a entry put in subscribe www.theurlyoulike.com

If you want to follow yours truly, just copy the line below into the window and hit return:
subscribe www.verybigdesign.com/verybigblog
